Can anyone help? Xbox 360 fails and DNS 192.168.0.1 does not work!?

Hello, I had Xbox Live since April 18, 2008. Bought by 1 year. Since late June, was not at work. When testing the connection, told me that the DNS has failed. I really dont know what to do. When I try to get at 192.168.0.1 that says Internet Explorer can not display the page. Please help, this is my last resort.
